CARMEN GONZÁLEZ PARRA

Hello,

I didnt expect to be at scouts, but now I like it. 
Last summer I went to Huelva and I walked almost 50km in 5 days, village to village, day a day I grow in the way to see that it was so important. I can remember when I went to fuenteheridos, and continued walking.
We started in Cortegana were we´ve been 5 days.

Hiking is part of me and this year i will do it again. Im going to Avila next the Tormes´s river.
I recommend to everyone to do sport it doesnt have to be futbolor basketball because people know there more. There are a lot of differents sports and you can try all of them.

I also like dancing I dont mind what, some people think it isnt a sport but is good for your healthy and if you do a routine it would be fantastic.

Another thing you can do its to search videos in youtube, I recommend a channel which is called "GYM VIRTUAL" by Patry Jordan. She makes every month a routine with cardio, dancing and tips to be fit. It is an easy way to do sport and it isnt as exensive as to be in a gym.

In conclusion, if you want to do sport do it, and if you want to be fit look for ways to improve yourself.
